With great mobility and uniform color distribution, each oil pastel stick handles evenly and clearly without stickiness. Once down, they provide excellent surface stability and will not readily break or crumble. Because of the wax content and highly refined mineral oil, they will never harden completely. May be used on virtually any surface.
